I've had a bit of a go at making jams and marmalade last year with relative success but i want to now try making a summer fruits jelly - mainly because i'm too lazy to take all the hairy bits of my fruits!
I've currently got in a large jam pan 1lb red & blackcurrants, 1lb Blackberries and 0.5lb Gooseberries in a pint of water.
So what do i do next?
Simmer until they're all squishy then strain the liquid off?
