We've dug up enough potatoes to fill several sacks, but also have approx
1cwt that look ok apart from having been got at by slugs. We've thrown the worst ones away but are undecided what to do with the rest - we wondered if we should cut off the 'damaged' parts, cut the remainder into chips (most of them are large potatoes) and then freeze.
If it is worthwhile freezing them - would you blanche the chips or part-fry them in oil?
Any advice / guidance appreciated.
Thanks
