Apple Mint

Hi

I have a big apple mint plant and I wondered what I could use it for apart from just putting it on potatoes etc.

Can I make drinks with it (hot or cold)?

Also, will it die off in the winter? I was wondering if I need to dry some but haven't done it before (and not sure if I need to).

Any ideas would be appreciated
