Hi all
I need some advice, i have pulled all my berlotti beans off of the stalks, i was told to wait until the pods had all fully turned white and pink. I think some of the bad weather we had the other weekend turned a few brown. The beans inside still feel nice and fat.
I wanted to have a go at storing the fresh in the freezer, have i missed my chance?
If i have and now need to dry them all out, when they are ready and stored. How long do they need soaking and how long should they be cooked for?
