What can I do with rumptof fruit?

have made this before but don't think i had this problem last time. All the fruit is an ugly brown colour which makes it look really unappealing and unappetising as you can imagine.

I can easily bottle the alcohol but i have no idea what to do with the fruit..... no-one wants to eat it and i cant bear to throw it away....

any ideas please?

No idea as mine went mouldy, I did use some in the bottom of a chocolate trifle before it went mouldy.

Make the fruit into a mixed fruit jam? May have a good flavour.

Bung a Pastry top on it and serve it with Custard!
