Pickled nine jars of beetroot and frozen six takeaway trays of homemade pasta sauce

Over the last few days - 13 small jars French bean and Tomato Relish, 8 large jars pickled courgettes red pepper and chilli and 8 large jars Piccalli. Everything home grown except the cauli for the piccalli.Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration. Lou Erickson, critic and poet

got 2 days off work to get some done - so far -
6 jars raspberry and plum jam,
6 jars spiced winter jelly
6 jars strawberry peach jam
3 jars apricot jam
piccalli veg salting as we speak
runner bean and courgette chutney cooking.........................still..................!!!!!
tomorrow.....
damson jelly
hedgerow jelly
damson chutney
hot yellow plum chutney
marrow and ginger jam
and whatever else I get round too!!!!!!
Happy times....

Plum jam but it has not set, no idea what to do with it????

Any advice, I have about a dozen green hot peppers, too hot for us to eat but I dont want to throw them away. Dont know what to do with them
