so, i've just pickled 5 jars of this rather unusual delicacy, anybody tried it? I have no idea what it will taste like, recipe says to wait 3 weeks before opening.....watch this space!
Ash keys are edible? I didn't know that. I have a huge ash tree casting shadow over my veg patch and starving it of water so I'd be delighted to make use of it!
Is there anything that isn't made better by half an hour pottering in the veg patch?
