Duh - that should say "any" - can't edit the title it seems.
Apparently there's a River Cottage one, but though I can find references to it online I can't find the actual thing. I can work out that I cook toms, apples, sultanas and spices in water/vinegar then strain overnight and cook up with sugar tomorrow, but was looking for guidance on proportions and any inside knowledge.
