Ah, all my wines are like that - didn't occur to me that people did it any differently at home.

Yes 'natural' is good, but in this case adding if you don't add the chemicals you run the risk of cloudy wine which may explode the corks out the bottles...
Edit - and yeast nutrient in with the yeast in order to get the fermentation off to a reliable start.Last edited by Hazel at the Hill; 21-10-2013, 09:36 PM.
