We love ramsons here, and tonight I put the leaves and bulbs in a cauliflower and spinach cheese, and put the flowers on sliced tomato. I was wondering if the stems are particularly tasty? So far I've not bothered using them, but is there any reason no to?

I cut stems up and use them in salads like you would spring onions.Location....East Midlands. -
