Garlic and onion braiding - first attempt!

Just thought I'd share my first attempt at braiding .. Spent the whole of Saturday sorting through the onions and garlic - braiding, freezing sliced and diced onion and did some lazy garlic too. My first year of growing as a novice so finding it quite exciting learning all these different ways of using our veggies

Looks very good, the Garlic looks great, it's what I was hoping my Garlic was going to look like . . . but it doesn't. I think I needed to water more . . .

A wee bit too ambitious for me. I just hang a length of twine from the greenhouse roof, tie a big onion to the bottom and then tie pairs of onions together and twist round the twine until they reach the top.
