Just cooking tromba(squash) and tomato chutney house smells gorgeous! I so love making chutney. The tomato glut is just beginning. Bring it on!

The recipe uses sundried tomatoes - so I guess you'd need to get that bit sorted first - perhaps they'd need to be oven-dried in our climate -
