2 jars of pickled nasturtium pods,
3 jars each of pickled beetroot, rhubarb and ginger jam, rhubarb and vanilla jam.
Experimenting with dried courgettes-, trying to find a way of flavouring them a bit to create winter snack foods. I love fresh courgettes, but there’s no way I can eat 7-8lb of courgettes in a week!

Had a bit of a kitchen fest this afternoon...
5jars of red pepper and chilli apple jelly ( got a lovely kick to it!)
5 jars of apple and blackberry jelly from our own garden.
(Needed to do something with the windfalls!)
Also a full pressure cooker pan of curried glut veg so tomorrow I can put it in sterilising jars ready for the winter.....might make up another batch whilst the bin is full of boiling water."Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
