Just curious to know if anyone has a simple kimchi recipe ?
I have some savoy cabbage, peppers, onions, garlic etc that I'd like to use in place of the oriental veg.
Any suggestions?
p.s. ideally I'd like a recipe from someone that has actually tried it and can vouch for it.
