Sarriss^^^^ if you cook pasta in that water afterwards, then roll your cooked kale together with chopped tomatoes, that too is delish

Just had a couple of black kale leaves in a smoothie (with beetroot, satsumas and apple). Very nice indeed.
Also had kale last night with goats cheese, white sauce and garlic on top of oven roast BNS, snips and troots.
