Burns night has past but it reminded me of this pie I had in Scotland.
I might have mentioned this before but never mind here it is again.
Imagine a pork pie case without a lid, say 3 inch across.
In the bottom was a layer of haggis, followed by a layer of neeps and finally a layer of mash.
The pie was then grilled so the mash had a crispy top.
Yummy
Anyone else seen these.
I have never seen any in England and thought they would go down well for Burns night.
