May be classed as a rant:
They go up to 2 digits for the minutes, so it seems they cannot be set to say 2 1/2 hours to cook something either big or slow. That being 150 minutes.
Next they have 2 digits for seconds. Why?
If I set it to say 59 minutes and 30 seconds will that result in an undercooked whatever compared to 60 minutes?
If set to 60 minutes and I left the "old/previous" seconds on then will 60 minutes and 30 seconds result in a dry unedible dish? Why have seconds at all they are irrelevant.
Seems apparent that whoever specified them didn't cook food.
Is there a 3 digit or 4 digit timer out there that doesn't bother with seconds so I can get 999 minutes? 16 hours and 39 minutes should be enough.
