Today I ventured into the deepest (well nearly) reaches of my freezers. I was actually searching for frozen slow roasted tomatoes and I am so pleased to find another bag that I thought was there but wasn't sure about. I also found another bag of peas. Perfect. There are far too many beans in there but it is the bags and bags of red peppers that I just don't know what to do with. I have already planted this years so please any ideas for what to do with the bags full in the freezer.

Roast and blend with tomatoes and use as a base for sauces.
Chopped and cooked for fajitas, and in pasta dishes.
Red pepper humous.Comment

Puree them and use them instead of the tomato sauce on pizza.
