Cold cucumber soup?

Never made it myself but there are a few recipes to choose from on t'internet which look yummy.

It goes down well with a dollop of double cream! It can be frozen.

Cucumber raiita.... diced cucumber, yogurt, mint and salt.

Just to say I made cucumber pickle with some of the cucumber glut. I used Delia's sweet cucumber pickle recipe.

I opened the first jar yesterday. I am now an addict and wish I had made more. I did make 6 jars and gave one away. I won't be giving any more away in a hurry.

I think next year I'll try and grow at least as many again. (Next year they'll all probably commit suicide on me).

That sounds good. I usually grow too many courgettes too. Will it not keep outside the fridge?

Don't know I've always kept mine in the fridge, I've got 5 jars in there.
