I made apple jelly and added in some cloves.

I've never made apple jam, but I 've used apples as a base for mint jelly, sage jelly and rosemary jelly. The only one I really love is mint jelly. I've also made apple chutney. It was okay but tended to be the one that got left until last.Comment
