Stir fry tonight with peanuts, mushrooms, kale, peppers and onions in black bean sauce, with rice noodles.

I really fancy Cornish Pasty today so I'll go make pastry next and we'll have them with mashed potato and swede, carrots, Savoy cabbage and gravy.
Husband is muttering about wanting a pudding so maybe I'll make him a bread and butter pudding (made with pannetone left over from Christmas).

Mine is just braising steak, onion, potato and carrot zapped in the food processor ( mainly beef though). I don't try to overfill or I inevitably end up with a mess.

Tonight will be Scampi, potato scallops in beer batter, homemade tartare sauce, a couple of different salads. Maybe a green salad and Coleslaw.

Just defrosting a moussaka to have with broccoli, sprouts and mushrooms - followed by a banana.

Aubergine Chickpea Bake, with salad and sourdough flat breads.

This filled rather a large dish so we decided to eat it over two days with a rhubarb crumble for afters.

Chinese spiced sourdough pancakes for lunch. Lightly cooked lambs liver tonight, with leeks, kale florets, mashed spuds and gravy.

Lunch out. Took a Bakewell Pud for, well, pud.

Supper was going to be more doro wat but absolutely stuffed, so no chance. Picked some broccoli for a broccoli and stilton soup.

Got some bread dough on the go. Will be trying a rerun of the 'invented' ciabatta recipe. Bet I can't get it as good as I did by mistake.

Lunch: chicken 'roasted' in a pressure cooker plus loads of veg. Saving the roast potatoes for tomorrow...
Supper: broccoli and stilton soup

Might make some flapjacks too.

we had cod topped with breadcrumbs mixed with pesto and good old chips. yum yum
