Yesterday, Roast parsnip, squash and beetroot with leeks and a runny duck egg (been to the garden centre again )
Tonight red lentil dahl, with mushroom and squash jalfrezi and chapattis.
I'm celebrating my first payday from my new job, so I've had steak (fillet and ribeye) two nights on the trot, with roasted pattypans from my stores, last bit of tromboncino, peppers, mushrooms with a bit of soy sauce and plum sauce in the air fryer, and peas and sweetcorn to go with it. Delicious. (Note to self - must grow more patty pans this year)
