Lunch: shredded pork stir-fry (from here: https://thewoksoflife.com/pork-stir-...et-bean-sauce/) with some extra stir-fried veg and rice. A while since I did anything Chinese. Maybe this will inspire me to start up again.
Supper: cauli, pear and blue cheese soup.
Plus, start off a Ken Forkish overnighter. And flapjacks with some chewy ginger bits.
