          Location:- Rugby, Warwckshire on Limy clay (within sight of the Cement factory)

          • I like sumac sprinkled on labneh pie/tart. There's a thought for another dish some time soon.

            So lunch: ham omelette with salad, yogurt with half a banana and honey for pud.
            Supper: minestrone soup with whatever I can find to put in it.

            Bread.

                    • Due to my husband overindulging yesterday on the steak in pepper sauce etc he was awake most of the night with acid reflux, (of course being a hypochondriac he decided it was coronavirus). Tonight therefore he is getting a sandwich (probably ham). No extras!!!

                        • Veggie (no meat)balls in tomato sauce, with salad and carrot 'kraut. Yes, both the sauerkraut and carrot version taste great and were incredibly easy to make.
