We had the last of the chicken and broccoli for a late lunch, so crackers, pat� and cheese for supper.

Today, not sure but probably mushroom and sausage sauce with mushroom farfalle (done in the pressure cooker) and mandarines for afters at lunch. Supper: another cauli and pear soup (also done in the pressure cooker). It's taken over as my favourite soup.

Chilli con carne with lots of added peppers and rice.
Crackers and cheese with a glass of red.

One pan meal of double onion gravy, pigs in blankets (cooked earlier) and broad beans. Mopped up with crusty sourdough.

No farfalle after all. Mr Snoop likes the latest bread roll recipe so much he just wants sausages in the rolls. Well that's easy.

Tonight was salmon baked with lemon and capers, potatoes dauphinoise, carrots, peas and homemade tartare sauce.

I love prawn and squid but what is a "tumble" salad?

It's a term I use for putting all the chopped 'salad' ingredients into a big bowl and basically tumbling it in the salad dressing. Any ingredients...whatever is to hand basically. It can even have fruit or pasta in it!
No two are ever the same!

Tonight is pork chops braised with peppers and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and swede, carrots and peas. Apple sauce (just made a load for Christmas Day) to go with it.

Tortellini Minestrone soup with a slice or 2 of sourdough.

Well, we had a big plate of spaghetti anything-goes-in (tomato sauce with added onion and courgette, tin of tuna and a tin of anchovy fillets in this case) for lunch. Supper? No idea.

Easy night tonight. Scrambled egg on toast, xmas pud for afters (2min on high in microwave!)

Looks like no supper required.

Have made pizza dough. Now in the fridge till 28th. And dough for a loaf of what I think might turn out a bit like granary bread. Nicos might know the source of the flour: Moulin de Colagne in France. The flour looks lovely, but quite expensive by Spanish standards. Mind you, still cheaper than a loaf of rubbish bread from the shops, so all good.
