Stuffed loin of pork with carrots and roast potatoes with a nice carrot water gravy. Stuffing made with my own parsley, thyme and lemon thyme. Made with salted french butter and some nice onion.

Eggs nearing the end so needed to use, chorizo use by Feb!, cheap tin of toms, tin of beans in the cupboard for about 6 months, spinach from the freezer (bag of blocks/portions). Bread was purchased today.
