Delia's vegetarian moussaka for supper. Lunch will doubtless be something with yesterday's bread, which is really good. First time I've made it. Will definitely make again.
After finding some trout in the freezer . We had our first attempt at using our homemade hot smoker.
It was lovely. had it flacked over pasta in a cheese sauce.
Followed by ice cream.

I used to take my home made hot smoker with me when I took my kids fishing. No sandwiches required as long as I caught a couple of trout early in the day.
20 mins then hot smoked trout enjoyed by all.

Mine was two 99p turkey cooking tins, hinged together and with the oven grill wire set inside. Propped up on bricks with oak sawdust inside and a small bean tin of meths fired up underneath
