  • Mr Snoop enjoyed the salad yesterday, so another of those. But this time definitely with a pork chop (sausages needed eating first yesterday) and possibly a bit of lemon rice.

Time for a few vegetarian days soon, I think.

            • Lunch: Last of the chops, thank goodness.

              Supper is supposedly lentil soup.

Half a dozen small baguettes. Flapjacks for the freezer if I can be bothered.

                        • ^They never really look like baguettes, more like those long plasticine sausages kids make (or at least, I used to make). Still taste pretty good, though. In the oven now so that the kitchen isn't too infernally hot during the daytime.

Supper: Lentil soup (too full after lunch yesterday)

Biga for half white, half fake granary bread to be baked tomorrow.
Will start my sourdough starter at long last (some ridiculously expensive Galician flour is arriving today, apparently makes brilliant sourdough bread, so better make the most of it).

Edited: pizza request for Sunday, so better get the dough started. Forgot about it because I'm not convinced it will happen as temperatures due to rise and kitchen will be far too hot. Still, can use the dough for fake naan (fried in pan) if it doesn't end up in pizza.
