Fried left-over potatoes, lentil dhal, shredded cabbage and chapattis.

Left over salad warmed up . with salmon fillet and new potatoes.

Supper: probably another hotdog now the packet of sausages is open

Didn't make the flapjacks, but did make pastry for more rondo bites so need to bake those. Bit of a change to the recipe to accommodate a different jam flavour. Biga for another loaf for baking tomorrow.

Change of plan yesterday -we had pork chops and gnocchi instead.
Tonight will be quail and mozzarella tumble salad followed by redcurrants slices ( something I 'invented' and made yesterday
and hope is edible!)

Last night was king prawns in beer batter, a few chips and a big salad.

Stir-fry last night, shredded cabbage, carrots, bulb fennel, courgette and spring onion with Chinese spiced tom and onion sauce over brown rice.

Didn't stick to a single one of my food plans yesterday (except for feeding sourdough starter). So lunch:

Lunch: carrot and tom salad plus last German sausage hotdog in homemade wraps.
Supper: pasta with a pea sauce.

Ciabatta-style loaves (didn't make biga either) and rondo bites.

Pasta bake I made last week back out of the freezer, garlic bread and salad.
I've just picked strawberries at the allotment, so either strawberries and cream or Eton Mess.

Brunch: sourdough Staffordshire oatcakes with bacon, egg and homemade baked beans.
Supper: Squisotto and tomato and carrot salad

Homemade BBQ beef burgers and bread rolls with a salad
Raspberries for pud

Steak with pepper sauce, beer battered onion rings, mixed salad, fried up potato slices for my husband and garlic bread for me.

Eton Mess for my husband. I was just too full.
