Made my first ever raspberry crumble tonight - definitely worth getting soaked through to pick the raspberries!

Lunch: more hummus on toast with salad
Supper: paella and water melon sorbet

Roast beef, sweet potatoes and mashed celeriac with carrot. Using up some bendy veg I bought a while ago

Finishing off the peach crumble for pud.

More of the ham I baked yesterday with roast vegetables and couscous.
I really fancy some carrot cake. I'm going to try a recipe I've found on the internet. If it is a success that will be for afters.

Supper: Piperade with some steamed potatoes and maybe more salad.

More bread (it's going to be cool tonight) and possibly some flapjacks for the freezer.

Left overs for us again tonight, but with a Yorkshire pud too.

My husband has an upset tummy this morning (too much carrot cake possibly????). I think something bland is in order. Fish pie topped with mash I think. Maybe I' ll give the rest of the cake to his sister so that he avoids temptation.
