        • Mmmmm Cornish Pasty *drool*

Just looked in the fridge and need to use up mushrooms, half a tin of baked beans and some cauliflower rice. So - beans with a few spices added, chopped mushrooms and onion on the bottom, then the cauli with plenty of grated cheese on top.

          • Very lazy meal tonight. Fish fingers, a few chips, peas and bread and butter (bread just out of breadmaker). Think I'll go make some tartare sauce next.

            • Tinned lentils and veg for lunch. Easy peasy and hot.
Supper had better be something half decent. Got a hankering for a really thick soup. Doubt that will be Mr Snoop's cup of tea as the lentils were quite soupy.

              • Yesterday was a smoked salmon sandwich. Followed by nibbles later when we had a couple more victims come round to be chilli sauce guinea pigs.
They were no help narrowing down the selection, they liked all of them

                    • No cooking tonight, went to my son and daughter in law for dinner which was a very pleasant spicy busy day beef dish. Made with minced beef, onions, garlic, mushrooms, carrots, red & green peppers, lazy chilli and smoked paprika, layers with garlic potato slices and baked in the oven.
