    • ^^^ thanks SP - I love the cowboy candy I made, and that sounds like a taste combo I’d like to try ;-)

      • Chicken stew with the usual veg plus a bit more romanesco.

Mr Snoop did lunch: cheese, pate and crackers, yogurt for afters.

            • Home made chapattis and red lentil dahl (with our own veg; peppers and peas from the freezer, leeks, garlic and chillies).
Sadly that's the last of the leeks and the garlic.

                • I've just had what I call egg-and-chips-on-a-plate. So that'll do me for lunch.

Might try making some buckwheat crespelle for supper. If not, there's leftover chicken for Mr Snoop. I'll be happy with just the veg.

                      • Omelette (probably mushroom and cheese), either jacket potato (if any of the ones my husband fetched from the allotment shed are a decent size) or sweet jacket potato and roast vegetables.
More of yesterday's trifle. (It sort of came out much bigger than I intended).

                        • Home cooked ham, roasted potatoes done in the air fryer and a selection of mixed veg.

                            • Roast spuds with medium rare fillet steak, carrots, onions and carrot water gravy. Followed by ice cream as we had no milk to make pancakes and I couldn’t be bothered driving to the shops to get some. I must get myself a goat
