Last night was tongue with Swedish brown beans and our French beans from the freezer.
Followed by lettuce and cheese.

Tonight will be beef stew and more of our French beans.
Followed by our stewed apples and yogurt.

Tonight will be fish pie topped with caper mash, carrots and french beans.

Leftover lamb chickpeas and tinned toms left to bubble away in the slow cooker, served with rice or orzo and a side salad

Pork Jalfrezi with rice, poppadoms and loads of freshly picked salad.

Jacket potatoes, meat balls and mixed beans.

Due to my husband overindulging yesterday on the steak in pepper sauce etc he was awake most of the night with acid reflux, (of course being a hypochondriac he decided it was coronavirus). Tonight therefore he is getting a sandwich (probably ham). No extras!!!

I often end up sitting up in the night, waiting for symptoms to subside and worrying it's a heart attack!

Anyway, supper tonight will be risotto. I think pea, courgette and mushroom. Bit odd but I've got six portobello mushrooms that need eating and there's no chance of me wasting anything now.

Shall be batch cooking leek and potato soup as have vast quantities of leeks to get through. Will probably eat Nacho's with cheese, tomatoes and sour cream as soup will be ready to late. Got a loaf proving as well.
