Boiled ham, nice and salty with steamed potatoes and carrots

Massive pork stir fry with onions, garlic, peppers, chilli, ginger, aubergine, mushrooms and rice, all chopped ready to go. Half tonight half for the freezer.

Had a beautiful tart cherry with sponge on it with cream for desert. Shame it had to be aerosol cream, but needs must in these times

Lunch: pinto bean burgers with sweet potato wedges.
Supper: green soup.

Yesterday was salmon baked with capers and lemon, potato dauphinoise, carrots and leeks.

Tonight will be scampi, homemade tartare sauce, potato scallops, carrots and PSB (just picked).

Venison in homemade tortilla wraps with lot’s of salad. Followed by more rhubarb crumble muffins. Bob made them today.
