Scampi, homemade tartare sauce, potato scallops in beer batter, peas and carrots.

Slow cooked lamb shanks in a plum sauce with mashed potatoes and veggies.

Belated birthday greetings, greenishfing.

Eaten rubbish all day (last of the cake was good though...). Anyway supper: split lentil soup.

Bread and maybe some madaleines made with olive oil as butter running low. Will be interesting experiment.

Mince and tatty deep pie with gravy. It was lush and looking forward to some more with peas today.
