        We ended up not having the chicken, so that will be for today. Maybe UK time so bedtime can stay the same.

        I'll start off a poolish for bread as well. Just had a look through the flour supplies. Plenty left at the moment...

                    • home made curry following on from beef olives. That's two yummie meals. We are having a home made chicken casserole tonight and opening a bottle of prosecco. Not celebrating. Wine cupboard starting to become depleted.
