this evening its garlic Rosemary lamb with roast veg, kale, PSB and carrots.

Same as yesterday so a nice easy dinner, having a piece of buttered carrot cake this afternoon the rest will be sliced and frozen.

We ended up not having the chicken, so that will be for today. Maybe UK time so bedtime can stay the same.

I'll start off a poolish for bread as well. Just had a look through the flour supplies. Plenty left at the moment...

Egg and chips but with eggs, deep flash fried in hot oil ,so they are kissled brown around the edges.

Just the way I like it.

Pasta bake that I made and froze last week, garlic bread.

Lentil curry (incorporating young kale leaves, ellie garlic tops and celery) with rice and poppadoms.

home made curry following on from beef olives. That's two yummie meals. We are having a home made chicken casserole tonight and opening a bottle of prosecco. Not celebrating. Wine cupboard starting to become depleted.

In the end we had pizza, and two-thirds of a decent bottle of red.

Turned the last of Sunday’s joint into lamb bhuna had it with rice and sourdough naans.
