    • Delia's vegetarian moussaka for supper. Lunch will doubtless be something with yesterday's bread, which is really good. First time I've made it. Will definitely make again.

          • Dhal with green beans and spinach, fresh tomato chutney, raita and a pita bread (Cohens Bakery, so very good and very naan-like).

            • Minced steak, peppers, onions and garlic in a hot sauce with basmati rice.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,

              • After finding some trout in the freezer . We had our first attempt at using our homemade hot smoker.
It was lovely. had it flacked over pasta in a cheese sauce.
                Followed by ice cream.

I used to take my home made hot smoker with me when I took my kids fishing. No sandwiches required as long as I caught a couple of trout early in the day.

20 mins then hot smoked trout enjoyed by all.
