Last night was mushroom omelette, jacket sweet potato, asparagus and homemade Waldorf salad.

Tonight I'm going to make a fish pie with carrots and peas.

All we did was search YouTube for hot smoker design. Loads come up. Old metal filing cabinet is a very popular design.

Chicken rogan josh with boiled rice and naan bread.

Last night toasted cashew and mushroom in tom-based Chinese sauce with stir-fried veg, kale as crispy seaweed and rice.

Supper: pizza

Also, some kind of apple cake and poolish for a rerun of the latest 50% wholewheat loaf. Fantastic flavour, makes great toast, lasts really well.

Toad in the hole, mashed potato and swede, cauliflower cheese, carrots and gravy.

Hot smoked rabbit with fried rice and a little hot chilli sauce.

Lock down Pizza!

A coriander and garlic naan bread from the freezer, coated with tomato ketchup and lavishly sprinkled with grated cheese - in the microwave for 90 seconds to melt the cheese. Delicious.

Accompanied by a glass of Merlot of course.
