Lunch: curried black-eyed beans
Supper: up the valley, so not cooking: chickpea and chicken tagine apparently.

Plus: madeleines (different recipe but still with oil, so interesting to compare). The rate we're getting through bread at the moment, yet more...

Steak with pepper sauce, asparagus, homemade coleslaw and jacket potato and beer battered onion rings.

Sausage casserole, using frozen JA's, carrots, peas, Serbian pole beans, runners, and parsnips.
Found out I still have 2 bags of last years runners in the freezer.

Followed by caramelised banana with cinnamon meringue

Steak, pork ribs, salmon with salad and minty new pots

Linguini, asparagus and assorted veg last night.
Tonight daughter is making a Thai curry including garlic greens, spinach and salad.

Roast veg with feta an de homemade naan bread
Rhubarb for pud

Tonight haggis, mashed potatoes and swede, cauliflower cheese, carrots and peas.
Trifle made with last of Victoria sponge in the bottom.

Roast chicken with steamed carrots cauliflower and roast potatoes with a nice homemade gravy

Minced steak, mushrooms, onions, peppers, potatoes and gravy.

Lunch: packet soup. Oh the shame of it. Mr Snoop 'cooked' it, honest.
Supper: curried black-eyed beans. Made yesterday so no effort either. Delicious home-made naans.
