Yesterday I was debating how much of everything to grow next year. I love fresh sweetcorn. In years past I used to freeze full cobs. They were okay but nothing like fresh and they took up lots of space in a freezer.
Does anyone freeze just the corn ( without the cob) successfully? If so do you cook them first ( on or off the cob)?
I would love to have sweetcorn in the depths of Winter but only if is tender, sweet and doesn't take up a whole freezer.
