I'm told that horseradish is very invasive so unless you want a plot covered with it, dig it out and replant in large pots or bags. Like dock, it grows from the roots that go down very deep, and every bit of root you leave in the ground is liable to grow into a new plant. Or you could go into business marketing horseradish!I you'st to have a handle on the world .. but it BROKE!!

I was chatting to my plot neighbour the other day about recipes. Horseraddish came up then! She mad a batch up last spring, vey simple.
Good quality clotted cream, finely grated Horseraddish, lemon juice. Salt and pepper.
She is a good cook and i can imagine it's good stuff. But i don't know quantities.
