This is the first year i have grown an acceptable sized pumpkin, and I'm going to chop it up in a few days time.
I have found a couple of recipies i want to try, a flan and some yummy looking pumpkin and choc chip muffins. (see this weeks AG for recipe) the thing is i will have loads of pumpkin flesh left over, (my pumpkin is 10Kg.) can i freeze some for later use..? and if so how is the best way.?
