Purple Sprouting broccoli

My PSB has just decided to sprout like crazy and I wondered if anyone has any recipes so I can make the most of it?

I don't but the river cottage year book and the river cottage cookbook have lots, mainly sauces to eat with it. Fresh PSB is so good that you don't need to do much to it.
