      Anyone want a top up?
I am on the white again (red gives me migraine).

Wouldn't be sharing pics of my cooker - it never stays clean longer than an hour!!!

Not at all, nearly as good as trying to make it myself!!

Sorry I had to vanish for a bit there - software needed updating on my pooter and Madmax and mk1 son decided I had gabbed on the vine enough for today!

I just had a sudden thought (yes it was a painful experience) - have you got your pooter in the kitchen Hazel?

Well, finish what you've got and I'll give you a taste.

It's a bit dry but, give it a go. If you you like it, I'll give you the recipe.

I have 3 gallons left so might take a while to finish!!! Love dry wine. Would be delighted to have the recipe.

That looks good Hazel! Tip - turn the heat down a bit when you are doing the test so that it doesn't go past the ideal setting point while you are waiting.
