If you didn't distribute the fruit thoroughly before potting you might have opened one with more jooce to froot ratio? Otherwise I have no idea. Google marmalade cake too - loads of cakes and muffins you can use it in.

I made marmalade for the first time this year,with an old recipe from here .It was a really easy version and it was so successful that I've had to make 3 more batches to give away to everyone who asked!Comment

I managed to get some Seville oranges on Saturday when visiting PhantomVeg in Scarborough. When I've caught up here I shall be fruit chopping for England!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
