When you've made your pancakes, put a fruit filling in them, ie blackberry and apple, cherry, etc. Roll up the pancakes, and put two per person on a plate. Pour over double cream to form quite a puddle on the plate. Put under the grill to scald the cream (ie until it starts to brown).
YUMMY!!!

PS be careful, straight from under the grill they will be very hot.

Steve made some lovely pancakes last night. Don't know if he used a recipe or not, was quite happy to have him serve them up. Lemon and sugar for me, but Lauren had raspberry jam on hers and honey and sugar (very sweet, don't think she has any teeth left now!)Kirsty b xx
