i have a pasta maker, and i usually just follow the dough recipe on the box, or on the flour packet, though sometimes i find it comes out not quite to my liking, sometimes tasting too eggy or the texture being not quite right.
so i'd like to know if any of you have a pasta recipe which you think is delicious! what ratio of flour/egg/oil do you use?
