Lean Bacon recipe please

Hello Grapes,

Could anyone spare me home bacon making recipe please ?
I would like to make my own lean bacon.

We don't eat that much bacon, I use it mainly for cooking the Collards and the kale. We buy out bacon from the local supermarket which always has lots of fat, they do sell lean one but has been sliced paper thin which is not suitable for cooking.

Please help...

Sorry being late for replying (been away).
I got 2 kg lean pork (for ham) and use 0.5 kg for the bacon .
