Radishs

Now most people say that they arejust a slad veg but as they are the 1st thing I have ever grown I dont know if people have recommendations for what I can make with them?? Relishs?? Omelettes?? Even Rosti's?? What does everyone else do ??

I have had a look through my favourite cookery sites and most recipes are using radishes in salads but there is a rosti recipe at www.riverford.co.uk So then I started searching and I have found a site with over 200 radish recipes! www.fooddownunder.com This is yet another site that I have had to add to my favourites list!

I have just forund a recipe for radish and onion hash browns !! Add a bit of paprika!! LOOKS SPECTACULAR!! Thanks so much !! Im so proud!!! The first thing you grow and eat will live with you forever I presume!!! One small Radish ,....One huge lead for mankind!!! What will I be like when I get my spring onions , toms and courgettes ??
