We made it today My Goodness it’s yummy!!
Wanting to freeze some i doubled all the ingredients except the milk. When you taste the yummy stock that is produced in the cooking you will see that to drown it with milk would be an abomination in the eye's o all soup fan's, so instead we only added 100mls o milk to double everything else.
Served with a warm buttered ciabatta bread roll ...top soup!!
